The CubbyGives program was created to help provide financial support to cover lodging, food, fuel, medical equipment, and other expenses related to a need or hardship created by a life threatening or chronic illness. The CubbyGives program also strives to lessen the emotional burden faced by parents and families as they care for a child with a life threatening illness. Through the implementation of our various programs we are able to accomplish this.
The Cubby Thrift Stores is the financial generator for the Cubby Gives Program. The purchase of seizure watches, digital monitors, wheelchair ramps and funding to medical appointments is only made possible through the resale of the gently used items you donate. Without your physical donations, we would not be able to sustain our charitable cause. So, when cleaning out your closets think of us. Together we will make a difference one toaster at a time.

At every Cubby Thrift Store register, patrons have the opportunity to show additional support by donating money to help the families of children with life threatening illnesses. 100% of these proceeds go directly to families in need.
Every child who suffers at the hand of a life threatening illness is a hero. Our Hero Program recognized heroes and their bravery with a monetary gift as well as a picture and story in their local paper.
